Dec 31 2022 Cebu, Philippines – Cebu City’s rising hip-hop stars CRANK$ will release “Up All Night“, a brand-new end-of-year music collaboration with local Cebuano crew SOUTHVIBES today. The five-man music group has just dropped their new single on Spotify, followed by the official music video on Southvibes’ YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@southvibesofficial from 7pm Manila time tonight.

The bangin’ track was produced by MAS in-house beatmaker Reuel Lodovice and Southvibes, with lyrical contributions from members of both groups.

The official “Up All Night” music video is proudly supported by MAS Music Group and El Gargador Music and Resto Bar.

MAS Music Group CEO Marco Selorio is thrilled about the new collaboration.

NOV 2022 UPDATE: Crank$ has finally released a new music video of their freshly-minted track “GEATAY”. The Visayan language dominates the main bars, but the meaning of it will blow you away.

MAS Music Group CEO Marco Selorio will spearhead a new initiative with Cebu City’s hip-hop group Crank$ to create more opportunities for underprivileged young artists in South East Asia.

The talented team will produce new music and transform it as a music NFT. Any future investors, NFT holders and community members can join the roadshow and contribute, perform or participate in future events and music releases. The music NFTs will allow Selorio and Crank$ to bring up-and-coming artists and influencers into their roadshow events.

Crank$ was founded by Nate Dela Cruz and Mark Navarra. They recently added singer-songwriters Kane Omamalin and Joseph Ryan Morales, as well as rising rap star Earl Cavan II.

The collective have already produced a few memorable viral music hits with Aldrich Ang, MJ Tangonan and FlipTop star Range. Their first single “Ikaw Na” went viral on TikTok with over two million views. Crank$ will release new tracks next month. They will do a sneak preview of their new music at the upcoming Battlegrounds Cebu streetdance competition on August 20.

The group is now searching for a blockchain platform to launch their future NFTs.

MAS PARTNERS WITH CHRONO.TECH

August 4, 2021 – Australian-Filipino event producer, Marco Selorio, will spearhead the initiative to level up employment opportunities via Chrono.tech’s blockchain services in the Philippines through his network of influencers.

Chrono.tech has established a partnership with MAS Presents, a leading talent agency run by Filipino-Australian entrepreneur Marco Selorio. The collaboration aims to drive jobs and user growth to Chrono.tech’s products in the key market of the Philippines through a series of online events.

Levelling Up in the Philippines

Selorio grew up in the Philippines and gained fame as a child actor in a popular TV series, before his family migrated to Australia, where he became the founder of international festival World Supremacy Battlegrounds, and managing director of digital talent agency MAS Music Group.

Selorio’s network now includes musicians, dancers, sports personalities, and other influencers, while he himself has become a significant influencer for the Filipino community and retains strong ties to his home country – leading to opportunities to break into the employment market with a grassroots initiative for LaborX and other Chrono.tech’s projects.

‘The Philippines has one of the highest rates of social and economic inequality in the world, and it’s getting worse,’ comments Selorio. ‘We can use LaborX to help people access far better employment opportunities than they have at home. There are many talented, driven freelancers who will be an amazing asset to global companies – if they are only given the chance.’

Raising awareness of LaborX and TimeX in the Philippines will be achieved through an extensive collaboration with Chrono.tech in an online ‘roadshow’ consisting of blockchain and cryptocurrency leadership webinars, a crypto employment expo, discussions in dedicated business groups, and partnerships with influencer networks – all with the aim of catalysing engagement, increasing reach and ultimately driving user registrations.

The other aim of the roadshow will be to bring more companies on board to provide jobs for the new influx of freelancers.
