BASKETBALLCON (BCON), a brand-new basketball lifestyle conference, is coming to Manila on June 25th, 2023. The conference celebrates the deep-rooted love that Filipinos have for the game of basketball.
BASKETBALLCON is not just another conference; it’s a complete immersion in the world of basketball. The event will feature a 3v3 streetball challenge, panel talks with some of the most successful figures in the basketball industry, web3 emerging technology sessions, exhibitor booths, live hip-hop music and streetball dribbling exhibitions.
Three-time NBA world champion and current LA Lakers coach Phil Handy will be the keynote speaker at this year’s inaugural BASKETBALLCON event.
Phil Handy is a renowned basketball coach, having worked with some of the most successful basketball teams and players in the world. He has won three NBA championships as a coach and has worked with some of the biggest names in basketball, including LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Kawai Leonard, Anthony Davis, and Kyrie Irving. Handy is known for his ability to connect with players and develop their skills, making him one of the most sought-after coaches in the industry.
The web3 3v3 streetball challenge will be one of the highlights of the event, where teams from all over the country will battle it out for the title. There will also be WSB freestyle dancers that will showcase their best hip-hop moves on the floor.
The panel talks will feature prominent basketball figures, including Coach Handy, former professional basketball players, coaches, sports analysts, and web3 experts. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from these experts as they share their insights and experiences in the basketball and blockchain industry.
